Young players are going to play a larger role with the Phillies this season than they have in the past few seasons. Two top prospects are already penciled onto the Phillies Opening Day roster with another one as a possibility to either open the season in Philadelphia or make his MLB debut later in the season. A few others also have the ability to debut during the 2026 season.

    The centerpiece of the Phillies system and one of baseball’s best position player prospects.
  2. Andrew Painter – RHP
    Still the most talented arm in the system.
  3. Justin Crawford – CF/LF
    A speed driven outfielder with elite contact skills and top of the order traits.
  4. Aroon Escobar – 2B
    One of the system’s most reliable bats.
  5. Gage Wood – RHP
    Electric stuff with either starter or closer potential.
  6. Dante Nori – OF
    A tools based outfielder with plus speed and defensive value.
  7. Gabriel Rincones Jr. – OF
    Left-handed power bat with solid on-base skills.
  8. Moises Chace – RHP
    Live arm sidelined by Tommy John surgery.
  9. Cade Obermueller – LHP
    Deceptive left-hander with strong pitch skills.
  10. Jean Cabrera – RHP
    Polished skills close to major league ready.
  11. Griffin Burkholder – OF
    Big, physical, and athletic player with natural power to develop.
  12. Devin Saltiban – 2B
    Small, 5’ 9” frame with plenty of bat speed.
  13. Carson DeMartini – 3B
    Strong left-handed bat with a need for more plate discipline.
  14. Matthew Fisher – RHP
    Good mechanics and throws strikes. Out of Evansville Memorial HS, the same school as Don Mattingly.
  15. Keaton Anthony – 1B
    One of the best pure hitters in the organization; lost time to injury in 2025.
  16. Wen-Hui Pan – RHP
    Should return in 2026 after Tommy John surgery.
  17. Sean Youngerman – RHP
    Average pitches but with excellent command.
  18. TJayy Walton – OF
    Big and physical, but with the skills of a contact hitter.
  19. Bryan Rincon – SS
    A defense first shortstop with strong plate discipline.
  20. Alex McFarlane – RHP
    Good stuff, but lacks consistent command.
  21. Caleb Ricketts – C
    Left-hand hitting catcher with solid contact skills.
  22. John Spikerman – OF
    Injuries in college have hurt his development, but has great speed and is a switch-hitter.
  23. Kehden Hettiger – C/1B
    Left-hand hitting catcher with some developing power.
  24. Yoniel Curet – RHP
    Acquired from the Rays at the end of the Winter Meetings. Has a wipeout swing-and-miss fastball.
  25. Mavis Graves – LHP
    Hard four-seamer for up in the zone and a two-seamer with strong sink.
  26. Dylan Campbell – OF
    Strong, compact swing. Can hit to all fields with good pitch recognition.
