Lehigh Valley IronPigs
The Lehigh Valley IronPigs secured a 5–2 victory over the Durham Bulls on August 22, 2025, thanks to a decisive five-run sixth inning. The game remained scoreless until the fifth, when Durham took a 1–0 lead. However, Lehigh Valley responded emphatically in the sixth. Otto Kemp then delivered a two-run single to right field, giving the IronPigs a 3–1 lead. A defensive miscue on a potential double play allowed another run to score, and Payton Henry capped the rally with an RBI single down the left field line. Rojas now has an eight-game hitting streak.
On the mound, Andrew Painter navigated early trouble and stranded the bases loaded in the fifth. Lucas Sims earned the win with a scoreless sixth inning, improving to 2–1 on the season. Daniel Robert closed out the game with a perfect ninth, earning his fourth save. Defensively, Rojas made a highlight-reel catch in left field to rob Tre Morgan of extra bases. Kameron Misner reached base four times, though he did not score. The IronPigs held Durham to just 1-for-11 with runners in scoring position and stranded 10 Bulls runners.
