In the eighth, Miller and DeMartini singled, and Felix Reyes drove in Miller with a sac fly. Caleb Ricketts followed with an RBI double to score DeMartini, giving Reading the lead. Campbell, Miller, DeMartini, and Ricketts all recorded multi-hit games. On the mound, Estibenzon Jimenez struck out a season-high 10 batters, while Eiberson Castellano (3–1) and Andrew Walling (S, 5) shut down the Fisher Cats in the final innings. The win marked Reading’s third in the series and showcased their resilience and clutch hitting.
Jersey Shore BlueClaws vs. Hub City Spartanburgers
Jersey Shore extended their win streak to seven games with a 4–1 victory over Hub City. Mavis Graves delivered a dominant performance, tossing five scoreless innings with a season-high eight strikeouts. He allowed just two hits and no walks, continuing a 23-inning streak without an earned run. The BlueClaws broke through in the fourth inning with a bases-loaded walk to Raylin Heredia and a sacrifice fly by Diego Gonzalez. After Hub City scored in the seventh, Jersey Shore responded with RBI doubles from John Spikerman and Avery Owusu-Asiedu. Owusu-Asiedu had three hits, while Spikerman and Kehden Hettiger added two each. Clearwater continued their winning streak with a 5–2 victory, powered by Luke Gabrysh’s six shutout innings. Gabrysh scattered seven hits, walked one, and struck out three, earning his fifth win and his first career six-inning outing. Will Vierling drove in the first run with a two-out single in the second. TJayy Walton tripled and scored on a Jonathan Hogart sac fly in the fourth. In the eighth, Raider Tello and Dante Nori singled, and Alirio Ferrebus delivered a clutch two-run single off the bench.
