Lehigh Valley IronPigs

The IronPigs dropped a tightly contested game to the Worcester Red Sox, 7–5. Despite the loss, the offense showed resilience, tallying 13 hits and drawing five walks. Keaton Anthony led the charge with a 3-for-4 performance, including a solo home run (his 2nd of the season), a double, and two RBIs. Cal Stevenson contributed two hits and two RBIs, while Garrett Stubbs added a double and an RBI. The team went 3-for-16 with runners in scoring position and left 12 men on base, which ultimately hampered their comeback efforts.

On the mound, Gabe Mosser started and pitched five innings, allowing two runs on five hits while striking out five. The bullpen struggled, with Josh Walker taking the loss after surrendering two runs on four hits in the eighth. The pitching staff combined for seven strikeouts and four walks across eight innings.

Reading Fightin Phils

Reading exploded offensively in a 10–2 win over the Hartford Yard Goats. The top of the lineup was electric: Carson DeMartini went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer (his 2nd of the season) and three RBIs. Hendry Mendez launched a grand slam (his 8th homer), and Felix Reyes followed with a solo shot (his 10th), marking back-to-back home runs in the ninth. The top four hitters – Miller, DeMartini, Mendez, and Reyes – combined for six hits, eight runs, and 10 RBIs.

Jean Cabrera earned the win, tossing 5.2 innings of three-hit ball with nine strikeouts and two earned runs. The bullpen was flawless: Jack Dallas, Andrew Walling, and Tommy McCollum combined for 3.1 scoreless innings with six strikeouts and no walks.

Jersey Shore BlueClaws

Jersey Shore opened their series against Brooklyn with a 7–4 victory. Eduardo Tait and Aroon Escobar each had two hits, with Tait driving in two runs and Escobar scoring twice. Kehden Hettiger added an RBI double, and Raylin Heredia chipped in with a run-scoring single. Bryan Rincon had a double and a triple, stole two bases, and scored a run.

Sam Highfill made his BlueClaws debut and earned the win, allowing two runs over five innings. Jose Peña and Cristhian Tortosa provided solid relief, and Andrew Baker closed the door with a perfect ninth for his fifth save of the season. The BlueClaws have now won seven of their last nine games.

Clearwater Threshers

Clearwater staged a dramatic comeback to defeat the Tampa Tarpons 11–8 in 10 innings. Down 5–0 early, the Threshers rallied with 11 unanswered runs. Raider Tello went 3-for-5 with two RBIs, including a game-tying double. Dante Nori stole three bases and scored twice. Juan Villavicencio and Alirio Ferrebus each drove in runs, while John Spikerman delivered a go-ahead RBI double in the 10th.

Kevin Warunek earned the win with three scoreless innings in relief. Danyony Pulido closed out the game, allowing one unearned run over two innings. The bullpen combined for seven strikeouts and just one walk over seven innings. Clearwater extended its win streak to six games.
